Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for one of our Cleveland based operating companies, Accellis. This individual will be responsible for obtaining and purchasing all necessary software and equipment for the organization, serving both internal and external customers.

Your work as a Procurement Coordinator will includes several components:
• Handle all the entire procurement lifecycle including requests, purchase orders, receiving and returns
• Communicate effectively to team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout each step of the procurement process
• Maintain up-to-date information on billing agreements and product renewals
• Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventory warehouse
• Optimize internal systems, processes, and procedures using automation to minimize internal communications, and to make the procurement lifecycle shorter, more efficient, less manually intensive, and less error prone.
• Nurture vendor/partner relationships to ensure better margins and greater availability of critical stock and to make use of program benefits and entitlements.
Our ideal Procurement Coordinator has the following qualifications:
• Mastery of the sales and procurement lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of vendor partner programs including requirements and benefits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role has a hybrid schedule. Candidates are expected to be in the office 3 days per week.
