Procurement Coordinator

Summary:

The Procurement Coordinator oversees daily and weekly activities such as reviewing purchase requisitions, onboarding new vendors, and updating the vendor master. This entry-level role will also involve frequent interactions with internal stakeholders across various levels and will leverage multiple platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS Excel, MS Word, Dun and Bradstreet Risk Analytics, QuickBase, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Beroe AI, and SpendHQ.

Essential Functions:

•    Daily review of all purchase requisitions for correctness, completeness, and appropriate documentation.
•    Daily onboarding of new vendors including risk analytics checks and creation of the vendor master.
•    Daily vendor master updates.
•    Sending follow-up email notifications and reminders as required.
•    Development of procurement training materials.
•    Train new colleagues on the Procurement process
•    Additional troubleshooting and communications to address and remedy future PR issues.

Requirements:

Education
Associate’s degree required. A business-related Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Experience
This is an entry-level role. Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in MS Excel. Familiarity with QuickBase, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other specified platforms is preferred.
