Procurement Coordinator (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

• Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
• Run and perform supplier qualification program.
• Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Operations and EHS to action document-specific requests to advance documents in workflow promptly.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's in Administration
• Experience in purchasing (1-2 years)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
