We are currently seeking a Lead Procurement Analyst to join our Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
This person will be responsible for developing and driving procurement strategy and pipeline execution for assigned indirect spend categories such as SaaS, Information Technology, Marketing, Office Supplies, and Professional Services. This individual will own and manage vendor relationships, develop category plans, negotiate vendor contracts, deliver on stakeholder requirements, manage and report defined procurement metrics, and identify savings opportunities, evaluate market conditions and effects on pricing, all while supporting the development of new procurement processes and policies. Key objectives include driving cost savings, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance.

Performance objectives
• Create and execute against a prioritized sourcing pipeline for identified categories to drive cost savings.
• Set negotiation strategies and lead sourcing events (RFx) in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Utilize price, demand/volume, and specification levers to create value for the organization
• Responsible for category management of select indirect spend categories, including SaaS, Information Technology services and hardware, Professional Services, Marketing, and Office Supplies.
• Understand and research the assigned category market/industry to remain aware of best practices, leading suppliers, and benchmarks; create category strategies to reconcile internal needs with market information and obtain organization alignment for long term approaches.
• Manage vendor onboarding process, contracts and negotiations with identified category suppliers efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with Info Security, Data Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders to proactively manage risk and ensure vendors meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal team to facilitate and manage new contract execution and contract renewals.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers to ensure stakeholders' needs are met and Enverus always receives the best value for purchases.
• Team with FP&A to plan for financial impact of procurement efforts.
• Responsible for managing software renewals across the business and working with stakeholders to optimize demand.
• Create and manage a software renewal tracker.
• Proactively engage stakeholders in renewal discussions and leverage license usage data to determine renewal requirements.
• Identify software rationalization and consolidation opportunities.
• Drive savings and spend under procurement management for your areas of responsibility.
• Create and present monthly pipeline reports showcasing pipeline progress, savings to date, and future forecasts of savings.
• Provide support int the creation and implementation of new procurement processes and policies (sourcing policy and processes, purchasing guidelines, vendor onboarding, vendor risk assessments and management).
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to the existing Enverus source-to-pay process.
Competitive Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with procurement, strategic sourcing, and source-to-pay processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with indirect procurement sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management - specific experience with information technology and SaaS categories preferred.
• Comfortable building and executing category plans including ownership of a sourcing and initiative pipeline.
• Ability to create and present regular procurement reports focused on pipeline progress, savings, and related metrics.
• Motivated and excited to be a part of a growing organization and new procurement function.
• Familiarity with software asset management beneficial
• Knowledge of business process improvement helpful
• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance and/or Business preferred but not required.
This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $USD 80000 - 140000
