Procurement Logistics Sr Specialist Hispanics
The Procurement Logistics Sr Specialist for Hispanics Countries will be responsible for leading Procurement Logistics in the region. This role involves managing relationships with logistics suppliers, optimizing supply chain processes, and developing strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the logistics landscape in Latin America.
Knowledge & Experience

• +5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain with +2 years working with a focus on Logistics Procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, administration or equivalent
• Business fluent Spanish and English
• Proven experience in planning and leading complex negotiations
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba system is a plus.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Implement a Strategic Category Management Agenda for Key Logistics Suppliers.
2. Implement a Strategic Sourcing Agenda for Logistics Suppliers.
3. Responsibility over VLC costs and cash conversion for Hispanics BU, pushing and suggesting new ways of working to the business seeking cost competitiveness.
4. Drive ESG in Logistics Agenda in the region, aligned with Global ESG Goals.
5. Work in collaboration with multifunctional & multi-country teams providing the best service with the best cost possible.

Strategic and financial responsibility of Logistics Portfolio, which includes Warehousing, Transportation, Pallets and other logistics needs for Hispanics Countries in Latin America.
Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies to support business objectives in Kraft Heinz Hispanics.
Lead and manage relationships with logistics suppliers, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Pro-actively work on different price models and market analysis to guarantee the best solution for our business.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and supply chain teams, to align logistics strategies with business goals.
Support all markets to have the optimum footprint solution in place focusing on service level and cost efficiency with the strategical suppliers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on logistics performance and procurement activities.
Manage business review meetings with strategical suppliers to evaluate the performance-economical topics and continuous improvement agenda.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in logistics and supply chain management.
Create & Lead Logistics ESG agenda, including electric vehicles, electric forklifts, natural gas vehicles, train and ocean freight opportunities.
