Latticeâs Procurement Team builds value for the company through both supplier and stakeholder relationships and balanced agreements. As part of the legal team, we place a large focus on risk mitigation and compliance in addition to the commercial elements of the deals we support. We are a small, but growing team that will have a huge impact on the future of Latticeâs success. This team and role is perfect for someone who is familiar with the SaaS industry, has a passion for learning, and who loves building new processes that deliver efficiency and delight to their teammates.Â
What You Will Do- Youâll be responsible for reviewing, scoping, negotiating, and executing procurement requests from intake through signature.
- Youâll partner with cross-functional leaders, stakeholders, and department contacts from FP&A, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy and Legal to ensure our deals meet or exceed our requirements.
- Youâll facilitate and optimize both our internal and supplier-facing intakes and questionnaires as our companyâs needs evolve over time.
- Youâll provide consultation before, during, and after deal cycles to our internal teams, ensuring that we purchase the right things and get exceptional value from our suppliers and partners.
- Youâll own your own deal pipeline with a focus on taking SaaS and services requests from intake to signature and maintain ongoing relationships with your supplier counterparts.
- In your first 90 days, youâll learn about Latticeâs platform and culture, become a subject matter expert with the current state of our procurement and contracting process, and begin managing deals for our stakeholders.
- In your first 6-12 months, youâll become a trusted member of the Lattice procurement team, including sharing best practices with cross-functional teams for sourcing, scoping, and negotiating supplier agreements, and helping us to level up the future state of our procurement workflows and playbooks.
- You have three to five years of experience taking charge of commercial deals and/or projects with autonomy and accountability
- You proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and communicate with cross-functional partners to reduce Latticeâs risk
- You have experience juggling multiple complex projects and competing priorities to ensure that the right things are getting done at the right time(s)
- You understand the importance of partnership with our suppliers
- Youâre clear and concise with your communication, adjusting your tone and style to match your audience
- Youâre efficient, organized, and accountable for the outcomes of your work
- You love tackling new challenges and thrive in fast-paced environments
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $106,235 - $127,248.00. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Latticeâs applicable plans.
