Procurement Manager (Bilingual)

Role - Procurement Manager 
Contract - 1 year (Likely of extension)
Pay rate - $30 - $40 /hr 
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Job description

• Communicate closely with studio customers and gain insights into business pain points and scenarios; help customers identify, collect, and resolve procurement problems.
• Oversees the daily activities of the purchasing function and reviews purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts.
• Assists with ordering materials and supplies from vendors. Follow-up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangements, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and efficient procurement environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• 4+ years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing, industry procedures, costs, and terms. Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
