Procurement Operations Representative

What will you be doing?

The Procurement Operations Representative is part of the Strategic Capacity team and is responsible for collecting and centralizing MoLo carrier capacity. As the Procurement Operations Rep, you will work across all departments to match carrier capacity against potential freight opportunities (RFP's, mini bids, one offs, etc.), collect rate submissions, relay opportunities to key stakeholders, and facilitate communication throughout the lifecycle of the load. In addition, you will be in charge ensuring MoLo is resubmitting rates/capacity for existing routing guides when the customer lane expiration date is approaching to increase lane retention percentage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all consistent MoLo capacity is properly stored
• Pass lane match opportunities to carrier floor and SCR's
• Collect and centralize carrier submissions for potential freight opportunities
• Submit capacity and pricing to customer and/or RFP teams
• Provide feedback based on MoLo award allocation
• Track conversion rate
• Reconfirm rates/capacity for existing RG's and submit for retainment
