Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Oversee raw material planning and ensure seamless supply chain operations by managing daily supplier delivery confirmations;
  • Provide timely feedback on raw material availability in response to changes in customer orders;
  • Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers, leading planning discussions and driving improvements to achieve "On Time Delivery" (OTD) targets;
  • Handle logistics claims negotiations and manage daily crisis situations, ensuring the timely delivery of critical parts;
  • Monitor and analyze key supplier performance metrics, including OTD and stock levels, to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Background in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar;

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in logistics;

Know How: Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situations, and the ability to manage a stressful work environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Preferred knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems;

Languages: Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written);

Working Style and Methods: Ability to understand complex technical tasks, result-oriented, self-organized, and possessing an analytical mindset;

Personality:Ā Collaborative and team-oriented; strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligence; proactive with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
