Job Description:

We’re looking for a Procurement Projects & Support Lead to join our Procurement Shared Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to lead MBPS Procurement design and process transformation end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thought leadership on building an outsourced Procurement Shared Service model, including end-to-end process streamlining, establish best practice functions like supplier relationship management, take performance and spend analytics to the next level, and automation opportunities.
  • North America Stakeholder Management and Issue Resolution end to end, across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage cross-functional teams supporting transformation projects, Ivalua implementation, Quality and Performance.
  • Accountable for being the expert and advisor for MBPS Intake to Contract and P2P, taking into account nuances of each market and ensuring a smooth service delivery.
  • Accountable for anticipating complex business and regulatory issues across all markets supported by MBPS that may arise as part of the Intake to Contract and P2P implementation.
  • Manage the risks and conflicting interests of global and regional stakeholders, and ensure strategies and solutions are negotiated for the best outcomes for Procurement.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years+ in leading complex Procurement transformation initiatives end to end. Demonstrated understanding and application of procurement and contracting principles and best practices
  • Senior stakeholder management experience, in a shared services space and ideally for North America stakeholders. Work in a cross-functional global team environment and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize procurement goals
  • Deep expertise and working experience in implementing procurement systems and tools and creating, executing Procurement Shared Services strategy
  • Expert in P2P workflow process and systems implementation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop complex cost model and come up with actionable cost-optimization recommendations
  • Builds strategic partnerships with internal clients and vendors; builds buy-in and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Communicates complexity with clarity and ease; articulates a clear view of concepts, ideas, and objectives; able to interface with different stakeholders at all levels; represents the company externally with confidence; skilled in both oral and written communication

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years experience with Agile methodology
  • Relevant accreditation (e.g: in Procurement, P2P certifications, Project management, Change Management, Process Management, etc.) preferred
