Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and analyze procurement data.
• Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and maintain contracts with suppliers.
• Purchase Order Management: Create, share for approval, and manage purchase orders.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Cost Management: Analyze and optimize procurement costs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased goods and services meet quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
• Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies, laws, and regulations.
• Reporting: Provide procurement metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Vendor creation: Has to handle vendor creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software and technology.
