Procurement Specialist

Company Description

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for vendor management execution and support, the management of Admin, Marketing and other categories as well as the source to contract for Red Bull Turkey

The role of the Procurement Specialist is to ensure the supply of goods and services to Red Bull Turkey, and to provide support to the business across all areas of Procurement, including but not limited to Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, Contract and Supplier management. 

Supporting the Procurement Manager to drive cost optimization, assisting with effective management of key suppliers and risks as well as supporting an efficient sourcing process of goods and services (i.e.: Facility/Office Management, Lead of Administration, etc.) for Red Bull Turkey. Ensure all processes are in alignment with HQ Global Procurement and applicable guidelines, policies, and strategic directions. You will be working cross-functionally to understand and align business needs with internal stakeholders.

Strategic Procurement

Support the Procurement Manager in the development and implementation of a Procurement strategy across Red Bull Turkey

Support the Procurement Manager to identify improvement opportunities within the different spend categories through data analysis, and effective relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders

Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Procurement policy and procedures

Perform vendor evaluation w special focus on performance, value for the business, sustainability, and risk

Category Focus on: Marketing, HR and Admin

Manage the Marketing, HR and Admin categories on various projects

Calculate and Monitor the TCO of managed categories and derive strategies and actions

Closely manager partnerships with vendors, perform vendor evaluation with special focus on performance, value for the business, ESG, and risk.

Align local strategies with the on the HQ Global for Marketing, HR and Admin with the guidance of the procurement manager

Support HQ Global Procurement in local data provision and reporting

Procurement Strategies

Support the Procurement Manager in strategic projects to further develop the procurement organization

Intensify the collaboration with neighbouring departments for a close alignment and view on vendors, spend and categories

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Procurement

Proven experience in Sourcing and Procurement operations

Stakeholder management (internal and external)

Experience in Procurement system (SAP, SAP Ariba)

Vast knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes

Strong time management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
