Procurement Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Procurement team at Enfusion is growing and currently seeking someone to join us as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will lead and set the strategic direction for cross-functional sourcing programs, coordinate and conduct ongoing review meetings with key external partners and internal stakeholders, support purchasing activities as needed, consult stakeholders on potential cost savings opportunities, and integrate and improve sustainable procurement policies and procedures. This is a highly visible and crucial role, reporting directly into the Head of Procurement.
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to sell procurements organizational value and executing complex supply/service agreements that leverage group company scope.
- Strategically manage spend by utilizing a proven sourcing process that engages cross enterprise stakeholders, aligns business objectives, and ensures supply continuity.
- Own development and implementation of comprehensive Category strategies. Actively contribute and support the development and implementation of the relevant category strategies within the organization, aligned with Enfusion’s corporate strategy and financial goals.
- Gain credibility and secure high levels of internal stakeholder’s buy-in to category strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Act as subject matter expert on company’s business requirements and the supply and demand markets for the categories and their impact.
- Develop and direct annual cost savings programs that directly affect company financials and growth plans and generate progressive year over year cost reductions.
- Prepare requests for proposals for materials/services within indirect space.
- Perform proposal analysis, including price analyses, benchmarking, etc.
- Develop cost targets for negotiations, negotiation strategy, and develop, negotiate and implement supply/service agreements.
- Participate in supplier selection process and identification of alternative sources.
- Develop and own supply base rationalization programs and other relevant strategies to optimize the supply base.
- Develop KPI’s, business reviews, improvement plans, new opportunities, innovation, awards, terminations, etc. including savings tracking and ongoing communication to management and stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 - 4+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing/category management experience.
- Experience with category management/strategic sourcing/e-sourcing processes
- Ability to draft and manage the RFP process, perform spend analytics, and develop and present recommendations.
- Extensive experience managing sourcing projects from start to finish required.
- Proven ability to execute and generate cost reduction improvement.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Moderate level of financial analysis knowledge including business modeling and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in negotiating pricing, contract terms and conditions including statements of work (SOWs).
- Proficiency in providing project management and cross functional team leadership for sourcing initiatives stakeholders.
- Strategic planning: The ability to formulate and articulate a strategy and business case for the category and build the tactical path.
- Critical thinking and decision making: The ability to solve complex problems and think through both tangible (holistic supply chain costs) and intangible (future value of supplier relationships) factors in making decisions for the company.
- Analytical skills: The ability to interpret and ground decisions on solid analytics.
- Influencing and collaboration skills: The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, to achieve the initiative objectives. The ability to develop relationships and build both a strong direct and indirect sphere of influence.
- The successful candidate is expected to be able to lead through influence to deliver the desired results.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
