Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting Sourcing Buyers with project deliverables such as spend pattern investigations/analysis BSAP and contract reviews supplier data collection agreement preparation

• Administrative support no association with strategic sourcing work

• Help supporting the CSA approvals

• Invoice Resolution – Managing the Sourcing Hub databases accesses training material

• Support on different projects (i.e. savings initiatives)

• Tracking the savings uploaded on ESI consolidating inputs from team members

• Updating Holidays tracking sheet / Backup plan

• Organizing the enrollment of the team on the Education trainings (Stand-up classes SMS …)

• Double checking contracts on COLT and storage of hardcopy versions: contract status all attachments & approvals in place etc…as audit preparation

• Maintain the Commodity code/Sourcing buyer split tracking file for the Team

• Running different kind of reports

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

• Fluent English

• Preferred second language: German/Italian/Spanish/French/Hebrew

• Office Suite (Excel PPT)

• Intermediate Excel is required

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Good administration skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrable MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) skills; Ariba SAP and CAAPS is an advantage
