What you’ll do:

• Manage contract and PO in internal systems;

• Verify correct data delivery from staff and take action where necessary;

• Monitor all approval steps in systems by following and finalizing the contract signing process;

• Register and edit supplier master data;

• Release of PO

Who you are:

• Excellent command of the Italian language;

• Nice to have English Language;

• Complete autonomy in using the PC;

• Availability to work full time;

• Previous Procurement Assistant experience.
