We need an experienced Producer to help drive the creation of an exciting new project. We are looking for someone with the proven ability to turn long-term plans into day-to-day realities, the insight to own the production of major aspects of the game/team, to work directly with project leaders and individual contributors, to drive continual improvement, and of course a master of organization & communication.

Depending on the skills and experience you bring, this role could be either a Senior or Lead position for the team.

The ideal candidate will be able to come to our Sparks, MD or Cary, NC office to work full or flex time with the team.  Based on experience and specific role we may offer flexibility for full time remote.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Product leadership team in execution of the vision for our games.
• Ensure that game features and functionality support the creative and business goals.
• Manage across discipline to ensure team goals and production values are met while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively identify and communicate changes in scope, priority or direction while understanding and articulating the impact on schedule and quality to the Executive Producer and Leads.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with internal and external resources including collaboration with 2KPD, Quality Assurance and Creative Services.
• Mentor, assist and help direct Producers or Associate Producers on team

Who Will be a Great Fit:

You are someone who can lead teams and deliver on hard product deadlines, while being a guardian of team culture and product quality in all phases of game development from concept to completion.

• Experience in game production where you have lead teams through all stages of game development for AAA titles (prototype through release).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to handle conflict, and proactively mitigate and resolve risks.
• Deep understanding of various production processes and methodologies.
• Passion and enthusiasm to help build a healthy project team.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Service-oriented mindset that is adept at building relationships throughout the organization.
