Producer

PrizePicks is looking for a Producer to come and build out our unscripted content programs (podcasts, live streams, ambassador digital content, etc.) as we elevate and ramp up our content department. The ideal candidate will be hands-on at every step of the production process for multiple concurrent projects, all of which will be at different stages of production. They will be responsible for conception through pre-production and into post-production, delivery and optimization. They will be knowledgeable about PrizePicks, sports and trending cultural topics. Additionally, they will have experience shooting and editing unscripted content for digital platforms. Looking for an individual that possesses the ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand ethos. Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must. 

• Lead development of unscripted shows from ideation, production, talent management, graphics, through to post-production and distribution.
• Lead development of (in partnership with hosts and team) “show notes”, episode guides, “title/description”, guest research and more each week to ensure engaging and successful shows
• Manage the PrizePicks unscripted shows calendar and coordinate recordings between the team, Talent/Hosts and guests. 
• Ensure efficient workflows are in place and consistently being utilized. This includes scheduling production meetings, formatting show rundowns, segment ideations, post-mortems, etc.
• Set-up and manage all software and equipment needs in regards to producing high quality shows
• Create and maintain unscripted shows creative vision
• Provide in studio direction to talent & manage HQ studio (studio to come in 2024)
• Manage shows/livestreams/podcast recording, publishing and distribution
• Create and maintain strategic partnerships with other key stakeholders within the company including partnerships, social, marketing, etc.
• Analyze performance, produce reports and implement performance improvements.

• Minimum 5+ years experience.
• Strong leadership skills, management experience and problem solving abilities.
• Background in producing, shooting and editing content for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of social media, sports, pop culture, and current events
• Experience building, managing and successfully distributing podcasts, Twitch live streams and other unscripted original content programs. 
• Experience with various forms of podcast, livestream, editing and audio software 
• Experience building original content and successfully distributing video on social media platforms
• Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.
• An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work.
• Experience working directly with or managing talent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of full audio editing experience
