We’re building a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s primary mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts.
In this role you will help scale ads product adoption across North American and EMEA Sales. You will partner closely with Sales PMM Strategy & Ops Enablement and Product. By liaising with partner teams the Product Adoption team works with Sales to transfer knowledge and activate high-priority business opportunities.
You will drive the activation of the most relevant ad products to meet our customers' performance goals. You will need to enable and equip Sales with the right knowledge training collateral market insights and tools needed to drive customer success.
You will need to advocate the needs opportunities and gaps Reddit advertisers experience with Reddit’s PMM and Product teams.
In this role you will report to Reddit’s Director of Product Adoption.
Responsibilities:

Drive sustainable growth of Reddit’s priority advertising products increasing advertiser adoption and spend.

Become a subject-matter expert on Reddit Ads: Product Adoption strategists deeply understand the features functionalities and capabilities of Reddit Ads.

Direct collaboration with account teams including which products to pitch and how to sequence them preparing pitch materials joining client meetings auditing implementation and customer value delivered.

Independently and in partnership with Sales Enablement provide training enablement and spotlighting of wins and losses.

Develop internal or client-facing collateral to empower sales to understand position and implement products and solutions.

Capture voice of customer feedback on product functionality.

Partner with Sales and RSO leadership to understand progress to goal and steps that could be taken to accelerate outcomes.
Qualifications:
-
5+years of experience in digital advertising sales sales strategy enablement operations or relevant industries
-
Experience in digital advertising product activation
-
Experience in client-facing roles
-
Expertise in full-funnel performance advertising objectives; lower funnel a must
-
Ability to inspire XFN teams to achieve a shared goal and manage ambiguity in roles and responsibilities with a “yes and” “service mindset”

Experience building training materials for internal teams including process guides objection handling documentation pitch practice and more

Data analysis and reporting: comfortable managing a data model and make adjustments to simple formulas unassisted

Ability to successfully collaborate and influence cross-functionally

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

PMM or Growth PMM a plus

BA or BS preferred
