🙏🏾 Why your role is important at Strapi

Are you passionate about the world of Open Source Frontend development and Developer Tools?

The Marketing team at Strapi is looking for a Product Advocate with a technical background and previous Strapi experience.

Partner very closely with our Growth marketing team as well as our Sales team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to interact directly with Strapi users and prospects who are considering upgrading to Strapi Cloud or Strapi Enterprise.

📋 What will my job look like daily?

Effectively manage inbound lead flow

Identify and qualify potential new customers to kick off sales cycles.

Accelerate product adoption by providing support and educational resources.

Engage and assist users prospects and community members ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.

Advocate effectively for Strapi as the preferred platform demonstrating its benefits to prospects.

Meet or exceed Product Advocate pipeline targets

Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts identify key players generate interest create/identify compelling events and develop accounts

Manage track and report on all activities and results using Hubspot

Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strong writing skills

Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences.

A self-starter with a track record of successful credible achievements

You share our values and work in accordance with those values

Deep understanding and personal appreciation of Open Source Headless CMS such as Strapi and frontend technologies such as Next.js .

Passionate about being a part of Strapi’s journey

Strong interest and willingness to learn and try new things

Previous tech industry experience is a big plus

A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
