What does a Successful Product Analyst, Sr do at Fiserv?
You will be a product owner for the EPOC debit platform. This is a key area that is utilized by 3000+ financial institutions. This role is critical to the successful implementation and roll out of Fiserv Card Services development initiatives to enhance the debit system for client retention/satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing development projects for the EPOC debit platforms, prioritization of development projects, grooming the development backlog with requirement refinement and product enhancement commercialization activities such as client communication, documentation and implementation/sales/ operational process establishment.
What you will do:
• Partnering with Product Strategy to understand market problems and revenue opportunities to ensure the solution meets market needs.
• Using market and industry knowledge to help define product solutions.
• Defining, documenting, and communicating business requirements through user stories
• Working closely with technology to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly as a part of the product vision.
• Leading operational readiness and participating in product launch activities
• Building and maintaining subject matter expertise for the assigned product portfolio
• Providing product support
• Contributing to the product vision and executing the product roadmap
• Identifying process inefficiencies and providing recommendations for improvement
What you will need to have:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in card processing and with debit card products
• Ability to travel 5%
What would be great to have:
• Extensive knowledge of the EFT payments industry
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of, and experience in, Agile methodology
• The ability to convey, exchange and interpret complex concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements effectively into executable deliverables
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to lead core product teams to solutions that resolves client issues
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and across functional areas of Fiserv and the client organization
• Travel required: Percentage/frequency of travel 10%
