Product Analysts work with dedicated product teams to ensure our products deliver against our customers' unmet needs. They assist with the collection, monitoring and analysis of data to formulate a point of view around customer needs and help make informed decisions. They also help test and validate end user experience

Who you are:
Product Analyst is the function that guides every step of a product's lifecycle - by focusing on the product and its customers first and?foremost.? Product Analysts identify the most valuable problems to solve, enable their team to ship and iterate high-quality solutions quickly, and validate market impact. They leverage customer insights to deeply understand their problems, define the correct priorities and create a clear Product brief.
During the first six months, you will:

• Facilitate product development process by acting as a liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and internal and external customers
• Perform tasks with clear direction from Product & Engineering leaders
• Work as a product analyst for one team or workstream
• Assist in the collection, monitoring, and analysis of a variety of data around specific features within current product initiatives
• Perform an analysis of support tickets and PDRs to identify issues or trends to recommend product improvements for customers
• Ensure tickets for backlog have clearly written acceptance criteria. Under guidance, write stories in a manner clearly understandable to product teams.
• Provide domain expertise for the team ?
• Engage in troubleshooting & reproduction of software issues and identify actionable steps for resolution by a product development team
• Provide clarity on intended user experience and use cases?
• Assist Software Test Engineers with preparing thorough testing plans? ?
• Perform manual, exploratory and UAT testing?
• Actively participate in the software release process
