Our eSolutions business unit is seekingan additional Product Analyst to help continue building upon our market leading court case electronic filing solutions.You will be surrounded by a multi-discipline team to help you get up to speed, whereby you can then apply yourcreative, detailed-oriented approach to design software that is created to be accessible, efficient, and intuitive.You will have many opportunities to learn, to take ownership for the analysis on projects both large and small, and to bring your fresh ideas to bear upon the products.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with our teams in an agile development methodology to deliver increased value tothecourts, numerous partners that integrate with our systems, legalprofessionals,and citizens who depend upon the courts to resolve issues every day.

Responsibilities

• You will be involved in every stage of the product management lifecycle, including:
• Researching market problems
• Prioritizing the problems to solve
• Designing solutions to the problems
• Delivering the solutions to market by working closely with an agile development team that is developing your solutions.
• Driving the adoption of your solutions by measuring adoption and usability.
• We care deeply for our clients and their citizens.Therefore, learning who are users are and having empathy for them is important.
• Each courts' market has unique requirements. Our suite of products is designed to serve the needs of all courts, soyour designs must allow forflexibility and extensibility.
• Create detailed and easy-to-read software requirements, which may include user stories, use cases, flowcharts, screenshots, and wireframes or mockups.
• Act a as a liaison between end-users, project teams, courts, and other stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of online systems to ensure optimal operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle, especially agile methodologies
• Proven experience creating user stories, uses cases, process flows, wireframes, or mockups.
• Understanding of software design principles, especially user centered design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who takes the initiative and proactively offers suggestions and resolutions.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in gathering requirements for software development.
• Familiarity with MS SQL a plus
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Understanding of relational databases and XML is a plus.
