We are looking for an inquisitive, detail-oriented individual with knowledge of product analytics to join our team as a Product Analyst. In this position you will play a key role in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and UX, and focusing on enhancing analytics and data-driven decisions within JFrog products. 

As a Product Analyst at JFrog you will…

  • Interact with a wide variety of teams, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in the Artifactory product
  • Define and build KPIs, define main product metrics, and build dashboards to deliver scalable insights
  • Conduct user behavior analysis to understand how customers interact with our products. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance overall user satisfaction
  • Evaluate the performance of existing products and features, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Provide business recommendations through the effective presentation of findings to multiple stakeholders at different levels, using visual displays of quantitative information

To be a Product Analyst in JFrog you need…

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Lead Analyst 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • High Proficiency in SQL
  • Knowledge in Tableau or similar BI platforms
  • Proven experience leading data projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and good understanding of data visualization
  • Takes initiative, with the ability to think critically when leading projects 
  • Good eye for detail 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Product background - mandatory
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Heap) - advantage
