Supernova is looking for a Product Analyst with passion, drive, and focus to join our SaaS Platform team. This role would be working closely with our product managers, other departments and customers to analyze product data to make recommendations to improve our products, as well as better communicate the planned changes to all downstream stakeholders. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills. A strong understanding of SaaS enterprise software, and financial services is very important. The individual will be responsible for supporting current production, validating new features and communicating changes in each planned release via release notes to all internal and external users of the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a strong technical understanding of Supernova’s product and platform by working closely with our team and our customers . 
• Triage new features and bugs to ensure completeness in requirements and evaluate for risk levels.
• Collaborate cross functionality with other teams to build new processes for UAT testing and Release Note generation.
• Assist product managers to breakdown features to ensure all acceptance criteria and test cases are captured within the requirements.
• Evaluate new features and enhancements on Supernova’s platform ensure they meet internal and external defined requirements.
• Support the product managers by documenting new features and functionality in release notes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in technology or a role that requires cross team collaboration and process building
• Financial industry and digital solution experience are desired 
• Willingness to learn new skills, take on new challenges and contribute new ideas
• Self-starter, eager to work in a complex, fast-paced and agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
