Cadent is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, highly motivated Product Analyst with a solid understanding of the AdTech world and Programmatic ecosystem to support the development of our Converged TV DSP platform. This candidate must have proven data analytics experience, excellent presentation and writing skills, and a passion for turning data into insights that help drive product development. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development of products and tools that have a significant impact on Cadent. This role will report to the Director, Product Management - DSP.

What you’ll do:
- Support the product management team in identifying, documenting and managing product requirements in support of key product development initiatives.
- Translate product objectives into functional requirements and specifications that can be understood and acted upon by the development team.
- Proactively identify product opportunities and problems through analysis of user behavior across the Aperture platform, documenting and communicating actionable insights that enable Product Directors/Managers to define strategy and prioritize roadmaps.
- Organize and synthesize relevant data and information from multiple sources into clear and concise documents, materials and presentations.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards and reports across the Cadent DSP platform.
- Research and present prototypes and proof-of-concepts and provide pass / fail metrics to evaluate them.
- Support the Sales, Product Innovations & Product Marketing teams in the execution of go-to-market plans for any customer-facing solutions. This includes product demonstrations, training, playbooks and other required materials.
- Recommends, develops, tests and verifies business functionality. Operates as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Assess competitive products for strengths and weaknesses; maintain competitive SWOT.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the CTV and Programmatic Advertising space, including engagement with all segments of the customer base.
Your skills and experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in AdTech/Programmatic space in a product management/development, ad operations or analytics function.
- Detailed knowledge of the workflows, processes, and technologies involved in ad operations and ad sales for TV, OTT and digital media.
- Prior experience dealing with and presenting to customers effectively and clearly.
- Ability to turn conceptual ideas into detailed functional specifications from which products can be built.
- Proven experience working with extremely tight deadlines in order to meet aggressive product schedules.
- Ability to concisely summarize complex issues and make clear, compelling recommendations.
- Experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) highly preferred.
- Requires BA/BS, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 15%.
