Product Analyst - AI/Expansion

We are looking for a talented person who can help manage the performance and expansion of Everyday Puzzles, one of Fanatee’s biggest games. In this role, you will interact and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, reporting directly to the Sr. Product Manager. You will work closely with content freelancers worldwide, ensuring that all business needs and deadlines are met, and maintaining top-quality standards and processes. As specialists in Word Games, Content is the core of our business. Therefore, besides working with content editors, you will utilize AI tools to help create and validate new content and puzzles. Additionally, you will focus on identifying opportunities to grow and expand our games into different markets and regions, including new languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Improve the team’s working process;

Guarantee the roadmap and deadlines are met;

Encourage open communications within the team and across other groups;

Facilitate backlog execution and improvement, assisting the team in identifying and removing impediment;

Formulate product strategy and present clear, measurable objectives;

Provide valuable input into business cases based on data analysis, demonstrating the impact on key product metrics;Help drive the product's roadmap alongside the Product team.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in product/project management or game development;

Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools;

Fluency in English;

Enthusiasm for playing Everyday Puzzles and other word games;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or a related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Python, SQL, http requests, data base handling, data clean up and prompt engineering.
