Product Analyst - Analytics

Job Description

This role will be a part of the Analytics Product team, which is responsible for both the "HCHB Analytics" customer facing product as well as internal company reporting, using the Tableau platform.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Tableau Server and Desktop is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge and experience in health care, specifically post-acute Home Health and/or Hospice business is desired, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics software is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge and experience in health care, specifically post-acute Home Health, Hospice, or Personal Care business is desired, but not required.
• Project Management experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer outreach & education, including documentation management, user engagement, webinars.
• Work directly with internal and client stakeholders to understand and document requirements, and translate into report/dashboard design.
• As a part of the data analytics development process, adhere to and help test for established quality standards for performance, data accuracy, and presentation.
• Work closely with management to prioritize stakeholder needs.
• Management and tactical execution of special projects.
