Position Summary
As the Product Analyst - Fraud & Identity you will ensure Prove products effectively verify identities and mitigate fraud. This role will interface with clients to understand fraud trends, make recommendations to the client on how to mitigate fraud using Prove products as well as relay new requirements to help shape products. This person is critical to the success of the products by investigating reported issues with respect to identity verification, understanding root cause, and prescribing recommendations. Success is measured by maximizing client pass rates with effective fraud mitigation.
Providing support to internal and external customers. You will be solving problems related to our application interfaces inputs, outputs, configuration, or implementation in multiple markets. You will be required to research, document and provide solutions to support tickets as well as identify proactive solutions.
What You Are Accountable For:
- Own internal and external product support requests including fraud-related tickets; Triage, track, and ensure adequate closure
- Work with clients on fraud trends including analysis, client communication, and recommendations to the client while partnering with leadership
- Partner with the Data Science team to refine and enhance product fraud models and client fraud trend analysis
- Partner with Product and Data Partnerships to recommend and prioritize new data sources
- Investigate client reported issues through using internal tools and partnership with Data Science and Client Success
- Partner with technical writer to create or maintain internal product documentationÂ
- Contribute to the success of Prove-led forums to receive client and industry feedback
- Promote solutions in the market through bylines, webinars, and social media
- Analyze data, summarize and report results to clients and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively and set realistic external expectationsÂ

- Performing other duties as assigned
What We Require
- 2 - 5Â years of experience in Product or Software as a business or support analystÂ
- Preferred experience in fraud risk management, investigation or related experience
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies
- Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, including various levels of management
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize
- Knowledge of:
- Testing/troubleshooting RESTFul APIs through API platform software (e.g., Postman)
- Splunk, SQL and/or relational databases
- Preferred Agile/Scrum Methodology
- BS degree in technical discipline or equivalent experienceÂ
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a high growth startup with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plans

The salary range for this role is $75,000- $100,000 plus variable company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
