Product Analyst, LiveWell
Job Description
The Product Analyst for the LiveWell Product is responsible for understanding, defining, and detailing requirements needed to build and enhance the suite of products supporting the LiveWell Platform. The Product Analyst is a facilitator for the product's capability, features, and user experience as identified by the Senior Product Analyst and business owners. This position will be responsible for defining and articulating the details required to translate the product's vision, collaborating with all cross-functional stakeholders and will act as a liaison in the Technology organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop deep understanding of the features, functionalities, capabilities and desired utilizations of the existing products within the Suite provided by that Line of Business.
- Fluent in requirements gathering and creating user stories that articulate the value proposition from intended software and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participates in the agile software development process and provides execution with best practices (Daily and Weekly Cadence)
- Regular participation and knowledge with client services, sales, operations, and others internal and external to the organization that utilize the products.
- Cross-functional communicator, able to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in software development process and Product Delivery Team processes to participate and support as needed in helping to deliver software from ideation to production.
- Participates in stakeholder review meetings for product or product line at agreed-to cadence (Product Demonstrations, Business Councils, Quarterly Strategy)
- Execute a Value-Driven culture in how we prioritize and allocate our Technology investment
Level of Education:Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study (if applicable):Business, economics, mathematics, or any related field
Years of Experience:Typically requires 3 years of experience
