About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.

In this role, you will

• Identify data patterns and dependencies between data and metrics
• Provide analytical support to our product and marketing teams
• Generate and validate hypotheses
• Create reports and analyze product metrics such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment
• Research and conclude on A/B test results, providing insights for improvement
• Automate the reporting process and create dashboards for various stakeholders
• Monitor key metrics operationally and determine causes for deviations from expected values

It’s all about you

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Full proficiency in SQL
• Full proficiency with Tableau
• Solid knowledge of key product metrics and experience in building funnels and making recommendations based on them
• Strong understanding of statistics fundamentals and experimental design
• Familiarity with both statistics and regression methods
• Experience with A/B testing
• Proven track record in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, and use-case analysis
• Highly motivated and results-orientedGood communication skills and a desire to be part of a friendly, collaborative environment
• Continuous learner, always exploring new approaches
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Capable of working independentlyStrong ability to structure information and communicate it effectively
