About the role

Our Product Team (designers and product managers) work together at the earliest stages of ideation; through prototyping, design, acceptance testing and user testing. We are searching for a Product Analytics Lead to support assessment of our data to ensure our offerings are right for our features. This role will largely work with our B2C (Klover) facing products and in-app offerings through their full product lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with product teams, ideally in startup environments in the financial tech and data space; consulting experience is also a plus
• 2+ years of consumer mobile application experience
• 2+ years in product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, FullStory
• 2+ years in business analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly collaborative, relationship oriented, business-minded perspectives
• Entrepreneurial, driven by outcomes, ability to fight through challenges

What a typical week may look like

• Support a variety of data analyses on existing features & iterations
• Support workflows across Klover products and in-app offerings through ideation, prototyping, design, acceptance testing & user testing
• Own Product Analytics metrics across the organization, especially on engagement
• Partner with UX research to keep our customer at the core of our product development
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads on requirements and building workflows and product updates
• Utilize metrics and data to analyze performance and ideate on new features

At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us

• Launch new in-app offerings
• Support retrospective discussions on newly launched offerings
• Test and support product improvements via data-backed decisions and ideas
• Collaborate across product groups and departments
