The Application and Product Specialist for Hematology for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics collaborates in the preparation of projects related to hematology products, is responsible for commissioning of technology and introduction into routine practice (setup, application, customer training, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting) after installation of instruments at customer site in accordance with customer contracts and participates in the development of sales and marketing strategies. This position and will be fully remote with scope for entire territory of Slovakia and Czech republic.

You will be a part of the Sales and Application Team and report to the Area Sales Manager for Slovakia, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Slovakia and Czech republic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide on-site and on-line product and application support to the customer at the product expert level.
• Provide product and application support to the customer at the level of laboratory operations expert consultation.
• Provide on-site support for the necessary time during the transition to a new solution.
• Collaborate on design/implementation of appropriate workflow solutions for laboratory operations.
• Collaborate on design/implementation of business and marketing strategies for Hematology products.
• Organizes and conduct trainings, prepares educational presentations, participate in professional events.
• Monitor low supply, instrument orders and other indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Master's degree in field of Laboratory Hematology studies , Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, experience with hematology is an advantage
• A self-motivated individual who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills also ability to travel for 85% of time is required, infrequent international travel is possible
• Very good command of spoken and written English and Slovakian and/or Czech
