Role Description:

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Product Marketing team to support various aspects of product marketing initiatives. This role will provide hands-on experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Aid in the development of product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, and Marketing) to execute go-to-market plans for new product launches or feature releases.
• Create compelling content such as blog posts, customer communications, and other assets to support product marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Mixpanel, Tableau, customer relationship management tools, etc.).

The estimated base hourly range for this position is $30 to $40, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
