Product and UX Design Specialist

We are seeking an individual who combines technical skills, user-centric thinking and artistic flair, to join us in creating compelling digital learning experiences.  As a UX Design specialist you will pay a crucial role in designing intuitive and innovative user interfaces for our content offerings 

Responsibilities 

• apply creative ,instructional design & technical problem-solving skills to conceive and design innovative learning experiences. 
• create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize & communicate design concepts  
• develop Interactive elements & animations to enhance user engagement and interactivity  
• utilize best practices in UX design skills to create instructional & visually appealing multimedia experiences (web/video/motion) to ensure a seamless learning experience for our users  
• to continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to help drive improvements & optimize user satisfaction 
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, content creators to help understand user requirements & design objectives 

Required Skills 

• proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, or familiar  
• strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, user psychology, and creative problem-solving. 
• ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams & communicate design decisions clearly  
• curiosity and a willingness to explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks.  
• strong project management skills and ability to work independently  
• experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. 
• familiarity with video production, post-production, and motion design tools and workflows. 
• knowledge of HTML , CSS and JavaScript a plus 

Qualifications  

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in UX ,  Interaction Design , Creative Digital Media or related field 
• 1-2 years experience or demonstrated professional experience
