Product Application Specialist - Field

Responsibilities:

• Method Development, Pre & Post Sales field support.
• Sample analysis as applicable.
• Determine customer needs and provide world-class technical support for our products.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless product implementation and integration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to ensure successful utilization.
• Actively seek out areas for improvement and offer valuable feedback to enhance our products.
• Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Ph.D/Master''s degree in Chemistry, Physics /M Pharma in Pharmacy
• More than 7 Years of LSMS experience
• > 3 Years of Pharma/Biopharma/ Food dedicated experience.
• Travel > 50%
• Knowledge of Thermo LSMS for more than 2 years will be preferable.
• Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the information technology industry.
• Proficient understanding of software applications and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
