About the role

As a Product Associate at DataCamp, you will be at the heart of our product development process, collaborating closely with experienced product managers, designers, and engineers. Your focus will be on enhancing our users’ learning experience, especially for our B2B clients. You will capture their needs, manage the delivery of improvements, and measure the success of these initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into product management, ensuring we deliver best-in-class value to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Directly engage with B2B clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support our B2B clients effectively.
  • Triage client issues related to our product and service, ensuring timely and efficient improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver projects that enhance our learning experience for B2B learners, including integrations like SSO & LMS and data exchange protocols.

Qualifications

  •  1-3 years in technical roles or adjacent fields. Exceptional recent graduates with practical skills via internships or bootcamps are welcome.
  • Eager to be hands-on and deliver results in a collaborative environment.2
  • Strong foundational skills in clear and confident communication with business partners, understanding customer needs, and analyzing their requirements.
  • Diligent and autonomous in managing multiple tasks and dependencies in technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of modeling user and business value, web technologies, and online education.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS setups, agile methodologies, and tools is a plus.
