Overview
The Digital Content team is looking for a Content Production Analyst with enterprise-level content management experience to support our customer facing Chase and JPMorgan secure desktop and mobile banking applications.
Job Summary
The CMS Content Production Analyst is an interdisciplinary role that integrates hands-on content management/production via CMS, project management, operational support, and user experience design components to build and deliver assets used in customer facing Chase and JPMorgan secure desktop and mobile banking experiences.
As a member of the Digital Content team, you'll ensure each content change request is delivered according to rigorous Digital processes and standards, at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
This role provides the excitement of hands-on publishing and delivery support, and also the opportunity to shape requirements for emerging CMS technologies, delivery platforms and future customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer-facing content into an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) content management system based on approved content requirements documentation
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure content is authored in the CMS, and delivered to customers with quality and accuracy
- Drive automation and content intake/delivery process efficiencies
- Perform regression testing for new functionality releases
- Document job aids and process flows
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent time management skills and a goal-oriented personality, Ability to quickly learn new skills, systems, processes
- Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- 1+ years of AEM, or other Content Management system experience
- Ability to analyze, diagnose and solve content issues
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence applications
- Usability, information architecture or content and design experience is required
- A self-directed individual who operates with urgency, focus, and discipline, Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A minimum of two years project management experience preferred
- Hands-on, completes tasks, and is dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must work well in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Knowledge of ADA standards/conformance is preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and XML
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
