Product Business Analyst (BA) - Agency Management
Day to day, you are responsible for exploring and outlining details to illuminate the business need. That includes reading detailed regulations and requirements documentation, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication among your peer product management teammates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst can vary, but should include:

• Gather regulatory requirements for product modifications from customers, subject matter experts, and other product managers
• Outline regulatory requirements to guide product modifications and consult for projects through the development cycle
• Answer questions and research issues from internal staff
• Engage regulatory bodies to seek clarification or represent Homecare Homebase positions
• Draft clear internal and external communications to describe regulatory implications and supporting functionality
• Ongoing collaboration with product management and other internal groups to deliver internal/external impact analysis for:
  • Product
  • Customer
  • Market
• Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into plain and unambiguous English
• Ability to summarize complex research findings
• An ambitious, innovative self-starter with curiosity and passion
• Ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Healthcare or healthcare software experience a plus
• Home Health/Hospice experience a plus
• Agile or SAFe experience a plus
• Revenue Cycle experience highly desired
• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
