Product Certification Lead

This role is responsible for ensuring that all Hudl products have timely appropriate regulatory certifications for countries that we do business in.  This involves managing a cross functional team to project manage the process from identification through formal release of product to sales.  This role will also be responsible for recommending and developing process and procedure for future certifications and creating a repository for required documentation.

• Project Manager.  You have experience managing international projects, and have a strong understanding of best practices in project management
• Product Certifications. You understand how the certification process operates and necessary steps to bring products in-line with requirements set internationally
• Import/Export. You can identify foreign markets, product development, financial processes and documentation needed to operate across multiple countries
• Collaborator. Skillful team player who can bring in external and internal stakeholders together to drive change

• Manage certification process for required countries (FCC, EMC, CE, UL, etc.). This includes developing project plans, driving approvals, managing stakeholder relationships (internal & external), tracking progress for future re-certification
• Develop and maintain future certification projects. Planning for future certifications needed at Hudl including budgeting process, import/export plans for products, and organizing regulatory documentation
• Understand regulatory requirements and compliances . Ensure compliance with requirements such as REACH, RoHS, Wii initiatives, and any other requirements that arise
