Product Chief of Staff

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the Head of Product. This is a crucial role within the product team, responsible for providing strategic and operational assistance to the Head of Product, and helping to ensure the team's success.
What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Product on key initiatives such as:
  
  • Developing and executing on the product strategy
  • Managing the product team
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the product team and other stakeholders
• Support the product team's day-to-day operations, including:
  
  • Planning and tracking the product roadmap
  • Managing the product budget
  • Ensuring the product team is meeting deadlines
  • Facilitating and owning agendas for leadership meetings, ensuring key stakeholders are present and time is effectively spent
  • Create presentations and documentation for key meetings (e.g. board meetings, global town halls)
  • Create and implement processes that scale
• Organize and facilitate team offsite events and meetings
• Identify and address risks and challenges to the product team's success
• Represent the product team to the executive team and other stakeholders

Who you are

• Meaningful professional experience in product management or a related field
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrives under pressure and consistently delivers on time
• Experience driving projects effectively in a highly cross-functional role including Product Management, Startup Founder, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or similar
