Product Chief of Staff

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the Head of Product. This is a crucial role within the product team, responsible for providing strategic and operational assistance to the Head of Product, and helping to ensure the team's success.
What you will do
In this role you will:

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Product, including:
  
  • Developing and executing on the product strategy
  • Assisting in managing the product team
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Oversee the product team's day-to-day operations, including:
  
  • Planning and tracking the product roadmap
  • Managing the product budget
  • Ensuring the product team is meeting deadlines
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the product team and other stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing
• Identify and proactively address risks and challenges that may impact the product team's success
• Serve as a representative of the product team to the executive team and other relevant stakeholders

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $180,000/yr to $215,000/yr
