Product Communications Manager (SaaS)

Please note this role can be a Remote / Work From Home opportunity (in the United States only).

The Product Communications Manager will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to support the entire Product portfolio at Corcentric. The Product Communications Manager's primary role is to effectively communicate strategic messaging to customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, and the industry as a whole. This role will be responsible for creation of multiple forms of content to enhance a company's credibility, effectively communicate product capabilities, and increase the potential customer-base.

Responsibilities

Create collateral, data sheets, and battlecards that arm the customer success and sales channels with product knowledge.

Research and develop content for the company's website and other media outlets.

Target a specific set of product or industry interest areas for all the developed content.

Monitor the competition's on-line activities and reporting on product strategies.

Write, edit and publish content pieces that focus on articulating product capabilities.

Re-purpose content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media.

Work closely with the company's marketing team to devise on-line marketing strategies.

Update content and collateral to ensure that it's current.

Support product launch readiness with clear communications.

Create market buzz and brand recognition through the development of Product, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash thought leadership content.

Work with Product owners and advisory staff to research and brainstorm effective targeted communication channels.

Requirements

5+ years content generation experience in a technology and/or technological professional services settings; must have a strong understanding of SaaS concepts and terminologies.

Have project management and content scheduling experience.

Have expertise and experience in content writing, presentation skills, decision-making skills and commitment to service excellence.

Possess basic skills in audio/video production.

Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Possess familiarity with S2P or O2C processes or technologies.

Be highly organized.
