What You Will Do:
- Work with the Product Compliance Managers and Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab submissions.
- Assist the Product Compliance Director in the day-to-day operations of Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.
- Review regulations and incorporate requirements into Caesars Sportsbook & Casino development procedures and test cases.
- Create documentation required to support all regulatory submissions and release note processes.
- Maintain regulatory database for centralized location of all submissions and technical requirements.
- Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.
- Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable.
- Consult with the Regulatory Compliance, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Science - Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or two to three years relevant gaming experience.
- Communicates effectively at all levels
- You have demonstrated an ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and promoting follow-through for yourself and your peers
- Interpreting regulations and technical requirements

- You enjoy learning new skills and keeping up to date with developments in technology
- Can establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Conducting technical compliance audits
- You focus on delivering results and meeting product delivery goals.
- Is able to work in a dynamic fast-paced industry and organization.
