Location : Mountlake Terrace WA (Remote)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

· Seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in Facets Billing Claims and Membership. Must have domain expertise in Claims.

· Required Skills Technical Skills- Facets - Membership Facets - Claims Facets - Billing Facets Domain Skills- Enrollement

· Technical Skills- ANSI SQL PL/SQL C#.net API

· Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing and customizing Facets software.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Additionally provide training and support to end-users troubleshoot issues and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

· Extensive understanding of FACETs underlying data structure

· Experienced in both release management and customization of FACETS.

· Experienced in using FACETs APIs creating and supporting customized extensions.

· First-hand experience leading adoption of Agile practices on a team and across an organization

· Motivation and experience to lead the team adoption of recognized coding and technical software development practices.

· Extensive experience with C# SQL and cloud

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to translate technical talk into non-technical terms.

· Resource should be able to perform and delivery quality work even under pressure.

· Resource should possess good communication skills and should be able to articulate his point clearly via emails or phone calls with customer and Cognizant management.

· Resource should be able to work in Azure DevOps C# and SQL technologies.
