We are seeking a seasoned Product Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Unqork and domain experience in Agent Set-up and Agency Relationship. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive product success and deliver impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation and customization of Unqork solutions to meet client needs.

· Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development from conception to deployment.

· Provide expert guidance on Agent Set-up and Agency Relationship processes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Unqork solutions.

· Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product configurations and customizations.

· Ensure high-quality deliverables by performing rigorous testing and quality assurance.

· Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower clients with Unqork capabilities.

· Monitor product performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues.

· Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices.

· Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.

· Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product functionality and user experience.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Possess a deep understanding of Unqork platform and its applications.

· Demonstrate expertise in Agent Set-up and Agency Relationship management.

· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Have a proven track record of successful product implementations.

· Display a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

· Hold a relevant certification in Unqork or related technologies.

Certifications Required

Unqork Certification Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

The annual salary for this position is between $81337 - $141500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
