What we need:

The Product Content Specialist is responsible for managing product data in Brady's Product Information Management (PIM) database throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes creating new product data, increasing the data quality of existing products, publishing the data across all marketing channels, and improving the systems and processes to manage product content. This role will support B2B and B2B2C initiatives, drive revenue growth, and support Brady's brand identity across the globe. The right candidate will be a problem solver, analytical thinker, results oriented, have a strong attention to detail, and excel at managing product content. This individual, as a member of the Product Content team, will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with stakeholders to create and enhance Brady's product content
  • Run ongoing, metric-based data quality projects to improve the completeness, consistency, and correctness of the product content
  • Administer the PIM system, assist with the configuration of the schema and taxonomy, and provide training to users
  • Participate in the development and testing of new features, functionality, and processes within the PIM system and other tools
  • Support various teams to resolve technical system issues and product data issues
  • Administer the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and systems
  • Play a supportive role on larger projects, including website enhancements, digital marketing initiatives and PIM system integrations/improvements
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders across many different teams and different levels within the organization, to improve the overall quality of the product content
  • Work with the PIM system stakeholders globally to provide support, training, help with data quality and other initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or other related field
  • Minimum of three years work experience in content management, data management, marketing, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn software systems and programs
  • Knowledge of database concepts
  • Highly organized and possesses great attention to detail
  • Process-oriented problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with and the ability to effectively work within cross-functional team, as well work independently
  • Aptitude to command and lead projects and initiatives
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, with deliverables completed on time and with high quality
