We are looking for a Product Content Manager to join our team Femia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing product content across various platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form content strategy based on analysis data market and competitors analysis.

• Content performance analytics hypothesis formation A/B content testing

• Creation and curation of content for the mobile app including wellness plans articles videos chatbots etc.

• Collaboration with experts in the fields of reproduction healthcare dietetics medicine etc to create content.

• Collaboration with other departments: design marketing monetization etc.

• Content quality control (final result review) and participation in creation if needed

• Content documentation updates (processes guidelines etc)

Your key goals will be

• Create content our users love & share and find valuable to achieve their health goals.

• Deliver content project within deadlines.

• Ensure ou usage metrics grow (time spent retention etc).

Required skills

• Strong experience in content strategies content plan forming

• Latest experience with content management in the app (ex.: FLO)

• Experience in working with different content formats.

• High level of autonomy - you want to create end-to-end projects from idea to release.

• Multitasker with the skill to prioritize and focus on important things

• Analytics skills: understand content and business metrics be able to transform data into insights.

• Experience in conducting a/b tests (from hypothesis formation to results analysis)

• Aesthetics and trendiness in terms of content

Will be a plus

• Working in medicine/health & fitness/health care content-oriented apps.

• Preliminary launch of content production from scratch

• Personal interest in parenthood pregnancy fertility.

• Friendly and sincere in communication
