Product Coordinator

Simformotion™ LLC - the licensee for Cat® Simulators for Caterpillar Inc seeks a full-time Product Development Coordinator. The Product Coordinator supports the Product Manager with development of new Simulation products. From writing the Scope and Requirements to coordinating with subject-matter experts (SME's), development, and hardware teams. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven, have excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines
• Coordinate resources to achieve project goals
• Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings with team and customer as needed
• Manage projects with customers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Write and maintain Scope and Requirement documents
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Manage communications to multiple stakeholders on product status and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience with issue tracking software like Jira or Azure DevOps
• PMP preferred but not required
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Familiarity in software development
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Ability to multitask is a must
• Experience with heavy construction equipment a bonus (e.g. dozers, excavators, wheel loaders)

• 2 years in Project Management or a similar role is preferred
