Product Coordinator

TTI, Inc. is searching for a Product Coordinator to be onsite at our facility in Northwest Fort Worth. This position is eligible to participate in our Flexible Officing Schedule which includes 2 days remote work from home and 3 days in the office after a 90-day training period.

TTI, Inc. is hiring a Product Coordinator to assist the Product Manager and Product Buyer(s) with daily purchasing related support. Responsibilities will include entry of approved purchase order and/or purchase order acknowledgement processing; expediting past due deliveries from suppliers; maintaining the TTI system to ensure accurate factory delivery dates are reflected; and assisting with processing accounting, receiving and customer rejected concerns.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of urgency.

What our Product Coordinators do:

• Assist with entering all approved purchase orders with suppliers and effectively obtains and processes purchase order delivery acknowledgements.
• Expedite past due deliveries from suppliers with a priority on parts with existing customer requirements.
• Using a variety of data sources (e.g. purchase order acknowledgements, back order reports, factory systems), ensures factory delivery dates are accurately updated and maintained in the TTI system.
• Expand personal product knowledge to effectively support sales and to ensure personal growth opportunities.
• Assist Product Managers/Buyers with a variety of other accountabilities, including but not limited to, responding to branch requests/issues with a sense of urgency; and assisting with processing accounting, receiving and customer rejected concerns (including but not limited to Nonconforming product).

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• One year of related work experience is required.

Skills and Certification:

• Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills with good quality.
• Possess strong attention to detail skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs.
