Product Coordinator, Digital Content- Taxonomy

Job Summary:Â
Under general supervision, the Product Coordinator will primarily coordinate and process new and existing products for accurate display on the iHerb website pursuant to established taxonomy structure. This includes ensuring products are processed in a timely manner and follow the established guidelines.
Job Expectations:Â
- Overall, coordinate and maintain the ease of product visibility on the site for both existing and new products by performing the following:
- Daily, tag priority, then routine products in the workflow for Attributes and Categories
- Also, address product grouping updates, as a lesser priority, however still crucial to the job at-hand
- Ensure product content is accurate and consistent, and taxonomy is correctly represented per guidelines and by product type
- Conduct routine quality control tasks, as assigned
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, business ethics, and standards of professional conduct at all times
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
   Required:
- Very strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and in writing) with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to take direction from multiple individuals, cross-departmentally with ease and dependability
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office and Google applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Independent thinker and with excellent attention to detail
- Solid decision making skills, ability to prioritize, has great follow through, and is a team player
Equipment Knowledge:Â
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar or directly related role with equivalent responsibilities.
Education Requirements:Â
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
